heyo! i'm so tired and lazy lately. for the past week, all i do after i get home is either chiong-ing the comp or chiong-ing my dvd. feels like no life eh? and i hardly ever touch my sch stuffs at all! not even my waterbottle okay! LOL. i had wait till midnight before i take out the bottle to wash it. this shows how lazy i am yea?

HAHA. and we had a class outing on tues! cos we had 5 consecutive periods of break! WOOHOO~ so we went to TM's pizza hut to makan!



i guess i was mad or sth. i dont rly enjoy eating cream stuff but just dont get it why i ordered cream stuff in the end >.< it was okay though, just that towards the end it gets too jelat.

lets see.. what else has happened this week.. hmm. oh! SC! i was contemplating for the whole week if i should take up SC cos it's like so busy and all that. and i purposely go find the concillors' blogs just to see how tough it could be in SC. it seems tough but yet at the same time fun as well for them. i didnt take up SC in the end cos if i take that, i would have to give up band..

there were supposed to be 3 j1s in trombone but one has quitted so that leaves janna and me. if i were to leave, gosh then janna would be the only one! wow. cant imagine that. trombone section SERIOUSLY need more ppl. i cant play the 1st and the 2nd part all on my own when the j2s step down!

tmr is the last day of semester! WHEES~
and one good thing! : i have only ONE period of lesson tmr! :D
HAHAHA!

ohoh~ sch is here. second day of lessons. so far, it has been alright cos lecturers have kindly repeated the first few topics we learn during pae for the second intakers. except for physics though. the lecturers just went on with the lesson and second intakers have to do e-learning.

08S413 is okay so far. but the guys in my class seem to be MIA-ing. there are supposed to be like 6-7 guys in my class. but i always see only 4 everytime when we gather at the canteen. and the guys are really quiet in my class except for desmond and cheng kang i think. HAHA.

i kinda of miss orientation though. 3 days seem to have passed so fast. the OGMs were rather uneenthusiastic on the first day and i guess the problem lies in that most of the first intakers have changed houses and so the change in loyalty has somehow depressed them. but i was rly happy on the second day esp after the MMM when we did the triton cheers, i must say they were great~! and that's why we won the cheering competition that day! woohoo~ so first day was mainly OSC. my station was at the perkafe and while waiting for the OGs to come to our station, aldrick and i played pool at the cafe! LOL. many were jealous of us! hahaha. but the pool stick is rough:( not nice to use at all. and i went to buy chocolate milkshake at the perkafe too! haha.

second day was MMM. it was plain running round spore but what was irritating was that we got trumped for 4 out of 5 zones! it was rly irritating! and most of the time we were trumped by miranda! so upset can? my new house got trumped by my old house >.< and so we got trumped here and there and my OG never got a chance to trump other ppl. but oh well, i think we are considered not bad alrdy to have gone to 5 zones within the time despite the numerous times we got trumped. in all, triton2 was trumped for 22min!

last day was crazy beacuse of dance finale! though triton lost (which was said to be the first time), we had loads of fun! actually the positioning of houses doesnt rly matter, what matters was we had a great time during the whole orientation! the j2s formed their own bands and went on stage to perform for us! it was rly HIGH ! and mind you, it's not that kinda of stage in the hall but a big stage bought by ms lai to be placed at the assembly plaza and there were those colourful lightings too which made the whole event even more beautiful! ANDAND! there was a record breaking event too! of collecting the most no. of bottlecaps to form the meridian crest. i miss orientation esp mass dance and cheers where everyone's so hyped up! esp the part during record breaking event where we sang the 5 house cheers plus MJ medley at one go. it was fantastic!

and i think my batch got to enjoy many new facilities that mj has added in to their sch compound. first was the pool table. upcoming next would be the rock wall which is said to be the one and only type found in spore cos the rock wall is made specially for speed climbing like those used for rock climbing competition. mj is gng to be the host for this year's national inter-sch rock climbing championships! and we are gng to have an abseiling station too in mj! ain't it cool? LOL! :D

ooh! i forgot to mention that today is the 29th feb! the leap year! woohoo~ HAPPY BIRHTDAY to those who are celebrating their birthdays today! i'm sure they are gna have a huge, gigantic big big bash cos if not, they would have to wait for another 4 years to celebrate! and i guess no one would choose to marry on this date yea? that would be quite silly to me i guess. LOL.

okay, so i realised that last year, due to the busy schedule i have cos of the 'o' levels (not that i did well too though >.<), i only watched two movies -- 200 pounds beauty in june and enchanted in dec. so wow! it's like only two movies for the WHOLE of last year?! and this year, for the start of this year, i have alrdy watched a total of 4 movies! it's only 2 months into the year 2008 and i watched twice the no. of movies i had watched for last year! HAHA. though i watched only 2 movies last year, i watched a lot of dvds so it's still a lot of movies eh? so far, i have alrdy watched THE HOUSE, KUNG FU DUNK, JUMPER and CJ7!

guess of all the movies i have watched, i love KUNG FU DUNK best cos the movie is hilarious and it involved quite a no. of veterans acting in it even the taiwanese popular tv host xian-ge also acted in it! i was so shocked to see him in the movie. haha. but he was just some extra only. i think he acted for like 10-15 min only? LOL.

and yeah, JAE has started which means orientation 2 is approaching! oh wow. think everyone is all hyped up once again as all hail orientation 2 ! haha. hopefully, it had be as successful as O1 then it will be hell lotta fun! i do hope we j1 OGLs can rly hype up the rest of the J1s as well!

oh, and i realised there's another miranda person who got into triton! and he happened to be shangfa's cousin! what a coincidence! lol. and i also got to know stephanie luo, who was from kcp! i found her very familiar and kinda of expected her to be in kcp cos she's wearing kc uniform. and naturally, most ppl from kc ARE from kcp so yea:D and she's joanne luo's cousin! i never knew it until today. OMG.

of course, CONGRATS to fellow chung chengians -- wong yi, dennis and songyun for having successfully appealed to MJC! woohoo~ congrats once more! hopefully yijie and joanne can make it too :) and isaac! do hope his band appeal works! :D

i miss 08S412 though. i know there are like 2 of us not gng to be taking the same combi alrdy but i do hope the rest of us can still remain in the same class cos i do miss the times when we were tgr. though not close to every single one, i liked the feeling of us always sitting tgr in the canteen, gng everywhere round the school. feeling is nice and cosy, given that you are now in a whole new environment. it's rly great when you have friends around. so yea, may we remain in the same house and enter into the same class!

went to catch JUMPER today!

thought the movie was not too bad even though ratings for it weren't that good. the movie is basically about this man, david (hayden christensen), who realised that he has the ability to teleport and so makes use of this incredible ability to do all sorts of things he can think of like robbing ( though nothing is damaged except for the ground which he jumped from) lol and going round the world! then there is this person known as the i cant rmb what's that who goes round killing jumpers so yea he went after david who of course ran for his life and the story goes..

yeah, so i have watched jumper and during cny, i went to watch kung fu dunk which was also good. The storyline is soso but the movie is hilarious. I was laughing throughout the movie! hahaha. which means i'm left with cj7! i wanna watch that! heard it's also not bad too! maybe i can go catch it nect week? cos gv is having student promo, 6 bucks for a ticket! 2 bucks cheaper than my ticket today. HAHA.

which means i will get to know who my angel is. my angel at last worte me a letter today! and he gave me a seashell! so nice yea? haha.

today was quite a long day. i forgot i didnt take lunch until i reach home feeling hungry just now. the last break was from 935 to 1025. after that was 3 straight lectures followed by chem tutorial. then i went for ogl meeting. after that was band. so it went all the way from 1025 to 515. wow. i am super strong. lols. but band was slack thats why maybe i didnt feel hungry. if i were to continuously play for hours, i should have felt the hunger pangs earlier. haha.

and now, mummy will be late which means my dinner will be late too. maybe i should consider buying my own dinner yea. if not i will be starving! ah! i can snack on cny goodies. haha. then i will fall sick faster. THEN CAN MISS PHYSICS TEST ON FIRDAY! LOL!

i got in for the ogl orientation 2 but i am not representing my house miranda! i am in triton and i am not happy about it cos it's like almost everyone in my class who sign up for the ogl got into miranda except for sin yi, monica and me. but good thing is, they got into the same group together--phobos.

though i dont have any of my classmates with me in miranda, i know there are quite a number of chung cheng-ers in triton like lihui and wengsiong.. but i am just sad that i cant be in the same house as my class.

so monica and me decided to appeal! we asked yu heng to help us ask his class comm if can change house. hopefully, it will be successful... the question now is, will i stay or will i go?

have been doing loads of running these few days. esp during pe! today had to run round the track 5 rounds! so tiring! but might not be so as compared to the guys (they had to run 8 rounds). LOL. i guess all this running is just helping all of us to build up for the upcoming road race.

tmr gng for band prac. have heard a lot about the conductor but yet to see her. so i shall go have a look as well as to play the trombone:) but band prac will end super late like 8 plus and it starts at 530? so it's like i either have an early dinner or late dinner/supper.? most likely, it's gna be the former one.

and my internet connection is fine at last!! i am so so so happy!! finally can go online and use the comp! it feels great! :D

aww. i think i miss the trombone section! love ya trombone section'07!

azimuth was fun!! haha. if you dont know what is azimuth, that's the MJ orientation name!! i was in miranda 6 and the house name sounds like meridian.. then miranda sounds like my name amanda. so it's meridian-miranda-amanda. LOL!

one of our cheers for the house was like MI-MI-MIRANDA! "CLAP CLAP" "CLAP CLAP"
it can be A-A-AMANDA! "CLAP CLAP" "CLAP CLAP" too yea? hahaha. orientation is great but i am far too lazy to elaborate here. i would just say first day was playing games at different parts of the school. (their track is HUGE!) then second day, we went round singapore playing games! we went to 3 different zones, mainly at bugis, tampines and clarke quay. At these 3 zones,we went to like 3 to 4 places of it? it was extremely tiring! we had to run here run there play games, super exhausted! but the chung cheng ppl in my group are very enthu!! like when we were at the clarke quay zone, all 5 of us were among the first to reach the place!

the last day was wet and wild where i got rly wet!! i was soaked from the top to the bottom! as if i had just came out of the shower. but it was fun playing around esp with friends i had just made with during the orientation :D and i got sunburnt too ! cos we had to sit at the field under the scorching sun for quite a while so there was like a red line across my face? i didnt know my nose was so red! felt like rudolph. lol. then at night was the finale where we come out with a play like the 'chao ji bian bian bian'. my house performance was mainly about chess playing, very similar to the storyline in harry potter about the chess playing and what happens when the white pawns win the black ones..

my subgroup and the OGLs were HIGH even after the orientation ended! during the three days, we had to learn other house cheers too. so one of it i am gng to mention now is the atlas group. it goes like this..

my sub group waited for the OGLs to finish their debrief and we went to eat tgr at a nearby coffeshop in pasir ris. we wanted to go white sands foodcourt but by then it was alrdy 10 plus so the mall would have been closed alrdy. and thats why we had nowhere to go except the coffeeshop @ pasir ris central. not all of the OGMs joined us cos some were too tired while others wanted to go home or were waiting for their parents to fetch them. we ate and then we joked (about things we can say in chung cheng, but not in mj. got it? hees) by the time i reached home, it was exactly midnight!

very exhausted. but the three days had been fun :) there was fusion dance and couple dance as well during the three days. it was fun! but i keep forgetting dance steps for the couple dance one. LOL! and sometimes i turn to the wrong side too cos it's like the demonstrators are on stage performing for us to see but when they turn to the right we cant follow them and turn to the right cos their right is my left. thats why after the finale ytd, the OGLs were supposed to teach us another dance but they had no time so all of us just tried to learn on the spot and i rmb there was once where everyone turn to their left and i turn to the right! wow. that part was rly quite malu for me cos the OGLs were looking at me. and what i do?

of course quickly turn to the left lah! lol. yupyup. i think that should be all for the orientation and i am happy that all of us in miranda 6 are in the same class! yippee!!

i'm missing a lil of my job.

argh!! i just typed a very long post and it got deleted! hmpf. shall not type too much now. well, i think i should just do a recap of what has been gng on in my life during the hols. for the last few weeks, i watched a lot a lot of dvds, like more than 10? haha. let's see!

and the movie 'enchanted' i watched with xiaotian and gena! we watched @ AMK hub and we actually got it at 6 bucks! i think it's because the cinema is a new one that's why there's a student promotion. hees.

okay, so other than watching loads of dvds, i got myself a job @ genki sushi :) started working on the 7th dec. and it's also mainly beacuse of my job that's why i seldom blog. finally have some time to slack and that's why i am here! working @ genki has been quite alright although sometimes i dont rly like the things that i have to do >.< but after a while, it just gets alright. cos like what my supervisor says, girls coming out to work must be like guys who are willing to do tough jobs cos when you are outside, no one can always help you, even if you're a girl. this is how the earth spins yea? this week is gna be my last week working at genki and i think i am gna miss those ppl i have worked with for the past 3 weeks or so. the ppl there have been friendly and nice, and i wonder when we will ever work tgr or meet up agn. it just seems impossible when i think of it. there are 4 servers @ genki and all of us are leaving tgr. one will be gng back to phillipines, the other gng to enlist in NS, and the remaining two, inclusive of me, are gng back to school to study. i will miss my supervisor too cos she's the first friend i made in my job and she has taught me quite a lot of things too. she said she's gna quit too next year and that means most of the colleagues i worked with now will be leaving soon, except for the manager and the kitchen crew i guess. will miss those days we work tgr.. am i getting emo? but i was indeed upset when i heard all of us are leaving. wonder if they feel emo too. haha. hopefully i get to work on new year's eve then i can take pic with all of them and keep it as a memento. i just get upset when i realised that i may not be able to keep in contact with my friends..

anyway, i went to escape theme park ytd. i was so looking forward to it, thinking that even though gena can't play those thrilling rides with me cos of her heart problem, i can always play it with xiaotian, joanne, wanqi and her sis. but it turned out to be quite a disappointment :( firstly, those fun rides like revolution, pirate ship and kite-flyer were closed for maintenance!!! the indoor roller-coaster was not opened and i think it's beacuse of the incident of the 2 sisters.. and! i realised that xiaotian and the rest dont rly dare to take thrilling rides! ahhhhh!! and so, i had to take inverter on my own. >.< so brave of me yea? didnt regret it though cos i was rly fun and exciting! though it can get very scary when you are inverted esp the part where you will be hung upside down for like 5 to 10 seconds?, it's still thrilling!!

flume ride was equally fun too except for the second round when i had to lug my belongings with me:( the first time round, gena offered to help all of us to take our bags but seeing us having so much fun on the flume ride, she decided to join us on the second time. so at that time we didnt have anybody to help us carry our bags and it would also be very wasteful to get a locker cos we will be leaving the theme park soon. and the escape theme park workers cant help us take care of our belongings so we had no choice but to bring it along with us. it was a burden for me to carry my genki uniform and marching shoes in the pastic bag tgr with my bag, esp when i was told by my manager that i dont have to work on that day later. i had to fold and place the plsatic bag between my legs and then put my bag as far behind as possible to keep it from being wet. i was so afraid that my plastic bag will fly off when we were down the slide cos the speed was rly fast!

and dont ever think that flume ride is the one that will get you the wettest cos if you think this way, you're totally wrong. the ride that i got wettest turn out to be the bumper boat! and i got fooled by the owrker there when he told me to put on safety belt when there was none! so suaku and malu! lol. snd i got sprayed by outsiders! so i fought back and eventually chased them away! haha. but i got myself totally drenched too. there happened to be 6 bumper boats available so all of us played tgr, shooting water at every person we see, thereby explaining the reason why we got so wet. haha. we played other games too like the family coaster, flipper, rainbow, and the kiddy aeroplane. and oh, the haunted mansion! the haunted mansion was rly scary but i think it's mainly because we were scaring ourseleves. the one part that i got so scared was when i couldnt find the exit! i went hysterical and got so panicky. it was freaky esp when you are in the dark and you cant make out what's in front of you. i was super relieved when we finally found the exit. it was great to see the azure sky once again and gena was laughing at us when she saw us coming out. i think we were rly frightened.

got a complimentary ticket to escape so i will be gng there agn with them! hopefully, all the rides will be opened on that day and none will be under maintenance! then i can have loads and loads of fun!

HAIRSPRAY!! i rented the dvd and watched it today and ytd!! it's a great movie!! lots of singing and dancing, a very light-hearted movie :D

and most of all, there is....



ZAC EFRON! ahhhh! so handsome! he is so shuai in the movie! i love his slick moves and his oh-so-nice vocals! hahaha. nikki blonsky and brittany snow are so lucky to act alongside him! LOL. oooh! i love zac efron :D

and i am also beginnning to like wu zun again :) all because of gong zhu xiao mei. it's quite a nice show and there are only 13 episodes so can finish quite fast. i have finished watching 2 episodes alrdy. gna go catch the remaining ones later :D

it's like my first time staying at home in the afternoon using the comp ever since holidays have started. i have been gng out too much that i miss staying at home using the comp :(

but coming to think of it, i didnt actually like say, go shopping or go catch a movie blah blah. gng out was like mainly repairing phone and looking for a job :( quite saddening yea. but at ;east i got a job now! whees~

gena sms-ed me just now to tell me that she has cut her hair. i knew sth was wrong when she told me she cut her hair. cos cutting hair is no big deal actually. but this time round, the deal is quite big eh. she cut her hair until the length was like shorter than jessica?! (that's what she said. i have yet to see it)

it's lke OH MY GOSH?! but i knew she had always harboured a thought of cutting her hair at that kind of length. i think it would be so weird when we meet up in the future. cos my mum has allowed me to keep long hair (she thinks i look very childish with short hair. HAHA!) it's gna be like total opposite! the one with long hair turns out to be the one with short hair while the one with short hair turns out to be the one with long hair. HAHA! but i wont keep my hair at the same length as gena's previous one. that would be too much of a hassle for me. lol.

my phone is officially a year old~! woots! HOORAY~

but i suppose i will lose many photos which i have taken for the past year. sigh. never mind. at least i can still claim most back from jessica. and i have to apologise to her again, whether she sees it, for the trouble i have caused the past few days. SORRY JESSICA!

anyway, i got a job! YAY! at long last! after numerous rejections and failures, i have finally secured myself a job! i'm gng to work at genki sushi! jessica,jasmine and i went for the interview but unfortunately only jasmine and i got the job. i think jessica didnt get the job mainly because she is only 15 i guess. and another unfortunate thing is we are situated at diff outlets of genki! :( boohoo! which means i will have to work there alone >.<

and oh, escape theme park entrance fee is only at 7 bucks, i wna go!!

i hope my phone can be repaired and be used for once and for all. i cant stand it when my phone is back from repair and apoilt again. ahhh!

in the first place, i should not have gone to the photography shop to print out the picture. what's worse waa i never even hand in the picture and now it has caused me so much distress. i wasted so much time and my transport fare on my phone and now i might even cause jessica's comp to have virus.

god. i hope everything is alright with her comp. i rather is my phone that is spoilt cos at the most i will just get the sony ericsson ppl to repair or upgrade the software again.

tml is yet another interview for me. but at least for this one, i do see some light shedding for me. so hopefully, it will turn out fine. i will be gng with jasmine and jessica(they take in 15 year olds too!) and i pray that we will be tgr in the same outlet! that will be very fun! not like in mini toons, cos if you go with yr friend, the both of you must be situated at different outlets. so bad right?

until now, i am still upset and grieved by the dragon boat tragedy. sigh. i wonder how the bereaved family are coping when even me, as a stranger, cant even take the blow too.

i felt so sad for the 5 national dragonboat racers. They were so fit and young. They dont deserve to die at such a young age.

It's such a pity. They were representing the country and this is what they got in return. Sigh. If only the dragonboat racers had waited for the boat to tow them back and not row it back themselves, maybe all this would not have happened. Is this what ppl called predestined? Fate?

The youngest who died was only 20. Goodness. He's so young. And i rly feel for Reuben Kee's parents. He's an only child and his sudden death must have upset his parents a lot. Besides, he seems to achieve a lot when he was still alive. Like he was Mr World Singapore 2007, a music composer and president of the piano ensemble in his poly days. He was so talented and yet just beacuse of one strong current, it took his life away. Gosh.

Sometimes, i tried to put myself into the shoes of these dragonboat racers' parents and thought, would it be better if i had no news of my son at all? At least, i could still harbour a thought that my son would be still alive. But yet, to think in another perspective, it meant that i would have to be tortured by this problem and have to keep worrying for my son. My mum said it would be better to find the son asap. At least there will be a closure to the matter.

And yeah, there will at least be a closure to the parents and relatives of the 5 dragonboat racers, and like what Minister Lee Hsien Loong had said, i wish them comfort and strength during this trying period.

Just submitted my pae form.

AJ was my first choice, followed by MJ.
Hopefully, i had be able to enter either of these two for my pae.


Too many things have happened the past few days. It seems as if many days have passed when it's just barely a week after 'O's has ended. To me, it just felt like many weeks have passed alrdy.

Oh well, isnt it better when only one week has passed? This meant that i still have quite a lot of time to play. But I'm just feeling moody lately. I think it's just because of all the things that are happening lately. Or is it just pms? Maybe both.

Anyway, my por por has came to stay over at my place cos she has just undergone an eye operation to solve her cataract problem. I will be accompanying her for her follow-up tml with my mum but i think i will stop by far east to shop around. haha. Haven't enter far east for quite a while. Better go see see. And thurs, i will be watching the sso concert with tbone section! maybe all these outings will just help me to forget my troubles for a while? I shant be that pessimistic. Afterall, winners focus on success, losers focus on failures. I must be a winner! But somehow I am also thinking to myself, what exactly am I upset about? What is the thing that is exactly troubling me? There are so many question marks in my mind and thinking about all this just drives me crazy.

ahh!!! this is so freaking scary!! i never knew she was like that before! i thought she was those type of natural beauty, with nice features blah blah. nice body, good voice.. to think she had gone for a plastic surgery... ahh! it just totally spoilt my impression of her. gosh. i rly cant believe this! guess if she was still like the "before" Kim Ah Joong, she wont be getting all the popularity she is having right now yea?

AHHHH! i just still cant believe it. how i wish this is not true at all !

Today's Teachers' Day celebrations!! HAPPY TEACHERS DAY!! :D

i wasnt very happy at the beginning cos seow lao shi actually told me that i wrote wrongly for my compo and it is rly saddening to make such a mistake during prelims ! grr. but she told me never mind, and that makes me wonder why. i just pray hard that everything will turn out fine.

so beacuse of that, during aces celebration, i was so listless and couldnt be bothered to do the exercises that were demonstrated to us. it was until gena's persistence that i managed to carry out the exercise. but seriously, some of teh exercises are rly quite dumb and we have to repeat it for so many times ! mr chua looks amusing doing the exercise though. haha!

teachers' day celebration was quite interesting cos we had this questionnaire and they actually use a name selector to select teachers up for the teachers' day quiz. it was really exciting when you see yr teacher's name appearing on the list. i was rly happy when mr soon got selected ! cos he's a funnybone although his jokes sometimes can be rather cold ~ and the questions that were asked were rly silly ! like asking teachers how do students fold their socks and how they sms during class, what type of drinks would students try to smuggle up the class and even asking how many windows are there in a classroom and how long is the william tell and school song! those ppl who came up with all these questions must be real bored as to come out with all this. lol. but it was rly entertaining having to see teachers guessing all these questions, with them answering correctly most of the time ! rly amazing.

there were also other performances like from the npcc. some students were rly bad. they seem like waiting for one of the npcc ppl to miss their rifle and then start to jeer when they noticed. so evil.. those npcc cadets must have been under a lot of pressure. even i worry for them when i see the way they throw the rifles, cos sometimes it can rly be quite unsteady ~

performance by the teachers were the most interesting cos each of the teachers on stage all represent different types of ppl. one caucasian teacher acted as james bond when he was introduced and guess what? under his so damn smart suit was a super childish water gun! and he started spraying it to the audience ! lol! so weird of him to hold that toy when he was looking so smart in the suit. haha! and mr anthony if i am not wrong was equally, if not, funnier! he acted as this rock 'n' roll guy and came out don in a jacket with a pair of jeans, wearing sunglasses and a bandana. he looked so hilarious and he kept posing so funnily, like doing the 'yo' sign and leaning slightly backwards with his arms crossed. gosh. so funny! and ray and roy appeared too, wearing our school uniform!! joanne says ray looked like he's gna explode wearing those uniform which looked like too small for him. seriously, i think he is too well-built. kinda of scary actually.

i didnt know miss mong and miss chua could play the guitar. not too bad but miss mong looked like she is struggling a lot when she was trying to figure the chords for 'guan huai fang shi'. and that song was sang by miss muneirah plus ray and roy. roy's mandarin is MUCH better than ray's. and a reamarkable feat for miss muneirah, a non-chinese to sing a chinese song!

i made my own way to kcp and met up with tricia, candice and zhou shortly. tricia and me have the SAME phone and in the same colour as well ! what a coincidence yea? hees. we went to look for yang lao shi and i am so glad that we managed to find her this time round. we have been gng back to pri sch since sec1 till now but the last time we met her before this time was in sec1 !! cos everytime when we reached the sch, teachers would tell us that she has left. in fact, it was the same this time round but after checking with the person in the general office, we realised that none of the teachers have left ! tricia and me were so happy cos there was still hope left for us! yay! and we found her in the end! had a nice chat with her and YANG LAO SHI STILL RMB ME! :D

we went on to look for other teachers like mrs pauline tan and mrs soloman. mrs tan thought candice was me. lol. she rmb my name but matched it with the wrong person. well, i must say, it is still not too bad afterall that she could still rmb most of our names cos we have alrdy left school for 4 years and they have taught so many other students with so many different types of names yet they could still rmb ours. not bad not bad. we met up wiht yang lao shi and she treated us to our FAVOURITE NOODLE STALL. but she left soon after and i wanted to take a picture with her ! what a pity. she just left like that. i thought she would chat with us..

we continued walking around and i took some pictures before leaving the school for macdonalds. but before that we took a grouped picture!



we wanted to leave by the back gate that was locked by climbing over but we decided not to and fortunately we happened to meet the operations manager and he opened the gate for us ! yay! so we walked to macs and we met up with cherie! have not seen her in such a long time! we chatted and laughed a lot. and take a look at this !






do we look alike? my long lost sister! LOL! she's amanda and kaiyi's junior. gosh. i didnt know i could find someone in this world who look like me. HAHA! and i also realised sth! that tkgs have 2 different types of badges! haha. i wonder why they have 2 different types in the first place. haha!

i had to leave the place early as i had to go for tuition. what a pity. if not i could join them in the picture taking of the old neoprint machine. haha! i saw the pics in zhou's and amanda's blog. ( in fact i 'koped' all the pics above from their blog too! HAHA!) wonder why there are like so many lines across their faces..

next year's teachers' day might not be the same as this year anymore.. will we still go back to kcp like how we did since 4 years ago. sigh. 4 years have passed so quickly and most of us would only be returning to our secondary school to visit our teachers and juniors next year i guess. i still want to go back to kcp with my kcp friends!! i want to be always keeping in touch with them and i hoped we could always meet up at least once annually. like what amanda said, go back to our sec sch then go back to pri sch! i dont mind as long as i can meet up with ya all :D

we are also like gng in all sorts of directions next year. zhou and amanda gng for visual comm, kaiyi gng to trinity, candice still staying in dhs, and cherie will be in rj by then, that leaves with tricia, michelle and me. i wonder where will be heading towards next year. i was even trying to picture a scene where all of us are attending the same sch... with kaiyi most likely gng overseas next year, i wonder if we can still keep in close touch with each other. i had better go online more often now. i dont wish to lose my friends just because i am offline and cant chat with them.

we, kcp girls must always keep in touch with each other even after we graduate yea?

feels great that i dont have to wake up so early now. haha. i have been waking up very late for this year and that explains my tardiness for school. sigh. i have been late for so many times and so sick of lying to teachers about how many times i have been late alrdy =X

i just went to the photoshop near my house to print a photo of myself for seow lao shi and it's so damn ex to just print one photo! 1 buck leh! i thought it was like 50cents.. and i waited for nearly 2 hours just for it. cos there were so many children taking passport-sized photos today!! like some childrens day and all the small kids gathering around like that. what's worse was only the assistant was around so she had to tend the shop all by her own. later i realised that it was the last day for the kids to make their passport so they all hurry to the shop to take some passport-sized photos. i waited and waited for my turn and after putting my memory card into the machine, the comp was so slow and i had to wait. after choosing my photo, i had to wait AGAIN! so sick of waiting and i cant play games except for those that were in the phone cos everything is in my memory card! grr.

beacause of that, i cant have dinner with my mum and had to trouble her to but for me. and i ate it @ 9 ! all because of the photo and i think i got blister on my foot now! :(

anyway, tml i will be gng back to kcp! gna meet up with candice, tricia and kaiyi :) havent seen them in such a long while esp tricia! i have not been contacting her for sososososo long! at lesat for kaiyi and candice, we still sms each other here and there. must go catch up with them tml ! and i hope to meet yang lao shi :D i have been waiting to meet her for so long alrdy. hopefully, i will have the chance to meet her ^^

YAY!! I GOT INTO TOP10 FOR CROSS-COUNTRY!!!

woohoo! I am so happy happy happy!!! I got 9th haha.kinda of close to getting kicked out of the top10 list but oh well, i still got a trophy! yay! and when i got the trophy, mrs tan even told me that she didnt know i could run ! LOL!

it was rly fun @ east coast park! gena, xiaotian and me pasted those made in singapore tatoos on our faces except for joanne who put the sg flag on her neck>.< color="#ff0000">red!

i swear i rly dont know how to use that spray can okay. gena told me to try spray it on xiaotian's hair but no matter how hard i press, the spray wont come out! and finally when it came out, i just sprayed it downwards and i sprayed onto xiaotian's neck!!! omg. i felt so bad and xiaotian was saying that it was quite itchy... but we went to the toilet to wash it away after that.. so..phew! lol.

xiaotian gave me a very good idea to electroplate my trophy. i should do it yea? then go electroplate it to gold !! Muahahaha! i got a gold trophy then ! hahaha!

my next aim is to get another trophy/medal again! this time for... sudoku? hees.

whees~ i am just happy ! at least there is a beautiful ending to my 4 years cross-country (though i didn't take part in sec2) ; one medal in sec1 and a trophy in sec4 :D

Something interesting to note about today -- it's 20072007!

I realised that the entries that I have posted this month are very meaningful dates. First, it was the 070707, then it was the Friday the 13th and now? 20072007! HAHA!

Btw, just to type sth freaky here. On 070707, I was on the bus with Le Xuan gng back home after the speech day when I saw this car with the plate number 7077 on it. I was telling Le Xuan that if you read it backwards, it will reflect the date on that day. So I thought it was cool if I was able to take a picture of it. However, the picture turned out blurry cos by the time I took a picture of it, the car had already driven off. And one day, which was not too long ago, I was looking back at all the pictures I have taken recently and guess what? That car liscence plate number 7077 was taken by me on 070707 @ 7:07pm! How freaky can that be?! I never knew I was so accurate as to take the picture at that time, what's more when the picture I was taking was the 7077 car!! AHH! so freaky.

And there is sth worthy to be joyous about. I bought Jessica's POP present already! I know it's a bit too late cos POP is like just tmr? But I had a hard time looking for her present! I searched Tampines Mall and Century Square twice but I just can't find any present that is suitable for her and for my budget! Fortunately, I managed to get it today if not I would not know what to do.

Tmr is POP. It's like so fast I am passing out already( as in the POP, not pass out (faint) !) Time really flies. After tmr, I am officially considered as one of the alumnis already. That sounds so old. Sigh. And I am also sad that Xue Li can't go KBOX with the trombone section tmr cos her mum didn't allow as she will be gng there the next day to celebrate her friend's birthday. So sad right? The last section outing for the sec4s with the section and Xue Li is not coming!! Why? We never ever got a proper, full section outing before! It's always like missing 1 or 2 person.. I want a full section outing!

It's Friday the 13th today and it is certainly not a good day for me.

I had a bad flu today and it just came all of a sudden. I guess it's beacause I have been sleeping too late for the past few days. It's always like this when I sleep too late. Sneezing all the way throughout lessons, using packets and packets of tissue. Sigh. I had to get tissue from Olivia in the end cos i used up mine.

It was really one of the worst flus I have had. I sneezed all the way from the first lesson till I reached home which was about 5? Horrible experience. And it was also the first time that I got such a painful headache after completing AM test. Guess I used up too much of my brain cells? Oh, I drank a lot of water in school today ! I drank about 1.8 litres? First time I ever drank so much in school !

I wet for band after school for the POP rehearsal but it was not successful cos few ppl turned up. Some went for the Harry Potter movie, some had 'O' level music, and others don't know why never come. In the end only Charissa, Xueli, May, Chloe, Weng Siong, Jin Yuan, Emily, Mingyu and me turned up. Kinda of pathetic. We chose pocahontas as one of our pieces but I think we still have to choose some more cos Mingyu says we are playing for 1 and a 1/2 hours. That's like so long?! I asked if we could cut short the time cos it may get boring at the end and I don't think we have so much time to come together and practice. He said he will cut down but I wonder how much will he cut down. Hopefully, it will just last for 1/2 hour cos that's like more reasonable..

There's another rehearsal tmr and I guess more ppl will turn up. But I won't be gng cos I will be catching Harry Potter! Yay!

Today is 070707!!

I thought today would be a very meaningful day to blog. Haha.

Anyway, I went to school today for speech day and on my way to school, I thought I would be able to see many people in green but sadly it wasn't so. Kinda of sad. I mean, if the people has appealed us to wear, the least we can do is to wear green right? Cos we can't really help much with the global warming problem but if there is sth we can do to raise the awareness of people about global warming, why not do it?

I watched the news just now and I realised that there were 777 couples who solemnised their marriage today!! on 070707! It's so cool yea? And Miss Lai also told my class about how this couple proposed on 050505, registered their marriage on 060606 and finally tied the knot today, on 070707. So I suppose their first child would be born on 080808? Lol.

I shall go watch Live Earth now. It's Rihanna performing! Hees.

I did my re-run for 2.4 km today cos i wasn't too happy with the earlier results and I broke my personal record!! I completed the run in 13min30sec!!! I am so happy ! I beat my previous record by 7s and I have improved my last run by 36sec!! (even though i didn't go train) LOL! which was amazing! That i could still run that well and break my personal record. Oh well, I am just so happy!!!!

My next target will be the x-country! It's gna be held during the National Day week. I am so gna try my best to win myself a trophy for the x-country. And I must make sure that I get into the top10 and win myself a trophy!! I missed the trophy in sec1 cos i got 15th and that year they only gave it to the top12. When I was in Sec2, I missed it due to band commitments. And last year, that was the stupidest one. I actually end up at the wrong place cos I was a smart alleck, thinking that the underpass will definitely link to the venue where we are supposed to meet. Sadly, it did not turn out as it is. I was with Gena, Xiaotian, Wan Qi and Reegin then. We walked for nearly half an hour before we reached. And by the time we reached, the Sec3 batch had already started running. That was rly saddening cos I had been waiting for the x-country and that time I did rly train for it!

So this year, I had better make sure that I will reach the place on time, or better, earlier. I am gna try my best to get into the top10!! I MUST get into top10 ! It's my final year in Chung Cheng already. I had better do something to make myself proud!! And that is to get into top10! But among the top 10, I wish to be like at least in the top3. That is MY GOAL !

Today was photo taking with the band !!

But it was such a pity that the sec4s can't get to wear the old band uniform for our own photo. It was really sad and Xue Li was also not with us during the candid shot for the sec4 photo, leaving me and Gena together. And we really did that stupid thing of putting the trombone bell on our head as if it was our hat. LOL. Actually, Mr Wong has done this action before but it's just that he did it with Unity sec and I happened to see it on their blog. I wanted to do it too cos I thought it would be really fun. And yeah, we did it ! But without Xue Li :( And Phyllis actually took out the band fund that she was supposed to keep safely as a pose for the candid photo! I think everyone's attention will be on the cash when the photo is developed. Haha.

Oh, it was also scary during the band photo shoot with all the band members. All the sec4s were supposed to be on the bench, where the guys and girls will each take one side of the bench to sit. But the problem is there were many more girls than boys so having no choice, some girls have to go over to the boys' side to have the picture taken. I went to the seat late and by the time I reached there with May, everybody seems to have occupied all the seats, leaving no space for us. Suddenly, May got some space and she went there to sit and I was so sad cos I wante to sit with her for the photo shoot. We have been sitting together for the past 3 years and I wanted this year to be of no exception esp when this is our final year!

The lady in charge of the photo shoot actually told me to stand with all the other sec2,3 girls behind the sec4 band ppl. I was like so shocked cos I am sec4 ! I wna sit in front and by then, I was the only sec4 with no space to sit. I wanted to explain to her and phew ! At this moment, May managed to squeeze some space out for me and we still managed to sit together in the end ! :D

There were a lot of formal shots which I don't understand why. We took like at least 4 to 5 shots for it?

Because we could not wear our old band uniform for the sec4 photo plus the fact that Charissa did not join us for the photo shoot as she didn't bring her gown but only her old band uniform, we decided to change out into our old band uniform and take pictures! P.S. I saw only one sports car today. It's a gray one. Haha!

Our standard of living is indeed very high. No wonder we are placed 5th in Asia and 12th in the world for the list of countries with the highest standard of living. We are even ahead of New York!

Know why am I saying this? Cos i saw 18 sports cars on the road today! Yes, 17! I saw 7 on my way to school this morning in my dad's car and my journey to school always takes about 10-15 minutes. Which means, on the average, I would see one sports car within 2 minutes! The first one i saw was a yellow one, and then the next a red, and another yellow! So i thought the 4th sports car i see would be a red one again, just to follow the pattern you see. But it turned out that the next 3 cars i saw were black, black and black! So among the 17 cars, i saw 7 on my way to school, 1 while walking out of school with Gena, 2 while waiting for the bus and the remaining 8 from Parkway all the way back to my home! Singaporeans are really rich indeed huh.

So the order of the colours of the cars that I see were like this :

So the most popular colour for sports cars is black (according to those that I have seen today) so guys out there, if you do want a colour that is something different, never choose black or even red (this is quite popular too!) Perhaps you could take pink? Or purple? LOL!

So I was saying I walked out with Gena out of school yeah. We were at the library at first with Joanne after our Chemistry lesson cos I wanted to complete my Chinese test. And hooray! I am only left with 1 comprehension test to do ! I completed one and I am so tired and shagged to do another one. So I let Joanne use cos she couldn't log in at home due to the mistake that the teacher told us in our holiday assignment that the password is our NRIC when the password is actually 'password' !

I went to do mind-map with Gena and we completed the Northern Ireland and a bit of Sri Lanka. Gena and Joanne have completed doing the WWI mind-map so we are going to pass the mind maps around so that each of us can copy it into our own paper cos those that we have drawn are just some drafts.

We left at around 3 plus and we were deciding where shall we go for lunch. So i suggested bak chor mee at the coffeeshop ouside our school. But Gena said " I don't want bak" So imagine bak chor mee without bak.. just like ice-kachang without kachang -.- And this really happened before! It happened when my mum was queuing at this particular dessert stall. The Caucasian in front of her actually told the hawker this " Can i have ice-kachang without kachang please?" Ice-kachang without kachang?! Might as well just ask for ice ! LOL!

However, Gena decided to have bak chor mee in the end. So we went there but unfortunately, the stall didn't open today. So we ended up at 7-11 where i ate pasta while Gena took instant noodles. We stayed there till about 4 plus before she went home to take her tuition file while I went to Popular @ Parkway to get the 'O' level oral book. The book is out of stock there so I am gonna try my luck tomorrow at United Square's outlet cos tomorrow I will be going with my Mum to take the new Rhino bus ! It's different from the Hippo bus cos there isn't any open top but i heard from my mum that it's like theatre seating inside and there is a big screen TV inside! The TV is not going to show any Channel5 or Channel8 programmes but things like the history of Singapore blah blah.. And we will also be visiting the musical fountain which is now renamed as some other thing which i can't rmb. I will blog it down here once I rmb though!

And oh! When I was walking back home today, there were 2 boys playing basketball at the basketball court and there was also this boy that was cycling round the basketball court. I think he is kinda sway cos when the boys threw the basketball, the ball accidentally hit the cyclist when it dropped down. So sway of the cyclist to be at that area at that time yeah? Then the friend of the boy whose ball hit the cyclist said " Eh, li ming shun di er dai" , that means the next generation of Christopher Lee. I think he's trying to talk about his hit-and-run accident. But it's rly weird. For Christopher Lee's side, it was the person who hit the victim, which is him that ran away after hitting but in the case of the boys just now, it was the VICTIM who cycle away from the " scene of accident" . Makes no similarity with the Christopher Lee's case at all!

By the way, Christopher Lee is also so poor thing. He had to be imprisoned for another 2 weeks after a month in jail and he paid quite a huge sum to the victims. He sold his car at a loss and his PR citizenship is also at risk now. ( I don't know if the PR issue has been settled cos i didn't follow up his story) Poor thing yea? Just one accident and so many things happened after that.

Choices have consequences~

the amath retest was not exactly a test at all. it was just like a practice for everyone who was present today. it was not held like a test either because there were too many ppl who failed amath so we were like just sitting next to each other and the gap between me and the next person is so close.

the paper was like yet easy and difficult. looks difficult to comprehend but after listening to the teacher's explanation, it was like so much easier! i just felt so silly as to why i had not thought of the answer at first. i guess that's when we need teachers.. teachers to help us find out what we have missed out in the question. and that went on from 9 to 12. a whole solid 3 hours of amath! my brain was saturated with all the maths stuff by the time i left the lecture theatre. it was so tiring and joanne kept on complaining that her butt hurts from the 3 hours of seating! haha!

i rented 'just follow law' vcd today! didn't manage to catch it when it was screened at the cinemas so i had to rent it today. hopefully it had be a nice movie! i have heard ppl say that it's not too bad :)

tml could be section outing! yeah. jacie and jessica seem to be planning a movie outing, instead of our usual KBOX outing. haha! i have always wanted to go to the marina square outlet but till now haven't had the chance yet. sigh. but it's okay. movie should be quite fun too! :D but details are not confirmed yet.. hopefully there will be one!

but if there's one, it also shows that i have to speed up on my holiday hw cos i have not finished all yet. i still have a lot of humanity hw not done yet !!!

this june holidays is not at all fun.

OHMYGOD OHMYGOD!! I was uber sad just now when i found out kaiyi will be going overseas to study! cos i thought we could enter the same jc next year and have fun together! just so happened i was sms-ing her to wish her a happy birthday although it's already one day late so i decided to check with her personally. and phew, she said she might not be gng but she is not sure. i know there is still a possibility of her going but at least there is also a chance that she might not be gng! do i sound selfish? but if she were to go, she will have to go there alone cos her family will not be migrating there and that's sad surviving in a foreign land on your own..

ah, better gear myself up and mug rly hard to get into the same jc as kaiyi. i hope tricia,kaiyi,me and maybe candice will get into the same jc (provided if candice drops out of her ip programme). that had be fun! it will be like gng back to pri sch days !!

yesterday was father's day! i went to take the dhl balloon with my parents ytd! we managed to get our tickets at half price off, thanks to mummy's company selling the tix! yeah! the balloon was rly HUGE! i had to move back quite a distance just to capture the whole big dhl balloon on my phone! we had to wait for quite a while before the whole activity could start due to the srtong wind. so i sat there and did a bit of sudoku. and i cant believe this. i actually cant solve the sudoku puzzle which was published on the lifestyle section of the sunday newspaper. and till now, i am still stuck! i was so angry with myself plus with all the hol hw that i have not done, i decided to chunk it aside first. maybe i will do it later when i am in a good mood :)

and oh, our ride was at 6pm. we waited for like nearly an hour for the 7-10min ride. but i think it was worth the wait cos up there, the scenery was just magnificent! how i wish we could stay there longer!! we went up to as high as 40 storeys!! and mummy bought some pickled ginger up cos she was afraid that she might throw up by all the giddiness she might have as we take off high up in the sky. LOL! up there at 40storeys high, the cars below are just like small lil toy cars and ahead of you, you will be able to see the highway where all the lil toy cars are travelling and behind the highway, is the azure sea !! wow! it was beautiful! took some snapshots up there and very soon we were down, back to the ground again.

I have long wanted to blog but everytime when i tried to set up a new google account, problems would arise such as the computer being mad, keep on asking me to re-type my password for my new account. I re-typed till i went bonkers and i just gave up.

Fortunately, I managed to set up a new account today and yes !! I can blog anytime i want now, without having to go sign up for another new account blah blah. i will try to update as much as I can. Hees. I have left this blog unattended for 5 months already. It's time now to 'feed' it !

Hmm. I didn't go band today. Wonder if iris will have sectionals with Mr Wong today or not. And i wonder if jessica, jacie and derrick finish all the filing. I will know it tml and also at the same time, I get to see jesica ! Haven't met her for like.. 4 months? And i am not going to play the soul bossa tml ! Haha ! i shall let one of the sec3s to play. Hees.

oh my gosh. i have been mia-ing for nearly two three weeks !!

HAHA. lazy to blog you see. and dont know why, it's always like this when i wna blog. blogger will come out with this page, claiming that it has no cookies blah blah. cookies? sounds weird huh? i have no idea what is it anyway. and then they will ask me to try again later.. haha. and the later will never come... until today !

LOL ! so yeah. from the last post to this present, many things happen. for example, the BAND CONCERT ! i'm so glad that some of my friends like dongying enjoyed the concert:). it's great feeling when you hear ppl praising or complimenting the band after much effort we have put in together:). about my solo........ sigh. i dont know what to say. just not good for me, could have done better, but what's the use? although it may be heard, it doesnt sound like a solo to me... sigh sigh. it's over !!! ALWAYS LOOK AT THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE !!!

hmm. what else after band concert? ooh. i went to charissa's birthday party at her chalet !! met jasmine over there too ! she was having a class chalet with her secondary two classmates and our chalet blocks are just next to each other ! what a coincidence yea? the birthday party was quite alright. gena,jessica,meixin and me wanted to catch the sunset but we just ate and ate and totally forgot about it !!!! by the time we realise, night time was alrdy arriving.... we went to the beach to have some heart-to-heart talk. haha. and i wanted to do a recording of the sound of the waves. but halfway through it, a crow flew pass and made a sound. grr. spoil my whole recording. can hear the crow's sound in the middle of the recording. what a spoiler ~

and and today was the amath retest !! i was late !! damn it. and it was so late. nearly half an hour late ya know? my first time being late for a test. should have woken my dad earlier then i can reach school on time. but i cant blame him. he said he didnt sleep well the previous night. yea. and so i went to the hall and it was uber QUIET !! students in many rows have started the test and it was so awkward for me to go up to the teacher to ask if i can take the paper. grr. i kept on hiding behind the wall to take a peek at the teacher, hoping that she will wal nearer to my side. but she was so far from me ! in fact, she was all the way right in front. which means if i wna talk to her i will have to walk pass so many students !!

and yea, that's what i did in the end. the teacher saw me and asked me to come over. i talked to her and asked if i could take the paper. she told me to go voer to my table where my class and register number is written on it. ahh. went there, realise there's no paper when the teacher told me there was supposed to be. i was 20 mins late for the paper. and the teacher said that it will still end at the same time. sigh. no choice. it's my fault. and so, i did the paper. gah. i still cant rmb how to do some of the questions. ahhh !!! i dont wna drop amaths !!! i had better revise well for my sec3 topics !!! must mugmugmug !!!!! next year is a crucial year !!!

and another thing happen again. this teacher walked over and asked me to collect the paper. she didn't tell me when i should start collecting the paper. so i took a look at the clock and realised that time's up alrdy so i thought maybe i should collect now. i walked over to eunice, wanting to collect the paper. but she told me that it's not now to collect the paper. and the teacher came by, telling me that yea, time's not up>.< so embarassing !! i was standning in the middle of the hall. ppl must be wondering what am i up to. i guess the teacher must have thought i wna cheat in the first place. but, oh well, who would cheat until so obvious?

damn it. so embarassing. just that 2 hours. and i seem to make a fool out of myself. gahh!

Yesterday had a band performance at the Nan An Hui Guan. It's known as Lam Ann Association in English. Yup. And it's located near the UE Square, at Mohammad Sultan Road. There are quite a number of pubs and bars around the place and the Lam Ann Association just seems so out of place there. And the decorations over there certainly match with our band uniform-- red and white.

It looked rather 'chi na' compared to the other buildings around it. But oh well, it's Nan An Hui Guan yea. i couldn't wear the old band skirt for the final time cos there isn't enough. Mr Wong wanted all the recruits to join in too. Hence, we do not have enough band skirts and Li Hui then told us that the girls in the last row, which consists of the tuba, euphonium and my section, have to wear our own school skirt for the performance and we have to fold it to the length of the band skirt.

The performance was not rly fantastic. It was rather messy for me cos at first we didn't know what song mr wong will choose to play then we had to keep on changing places whenever we play a song. And sometimes, we couldn't even find the score and that makes me even more nervous. What if Mr Wong raised his baton up and I'm not ready yet. It did happen in the beginning. Cos, we had to play Riflessi, then after that, halfway through the song, we have to change to the Nan An Hui Guan song. There was not enough time for us to change places at all and i think we were quite frantic, comtemplating of what we should do. Should we change place or not... things like that. Mr Wong looked kinda of angry that we were not ready yet. In the end, we didn't change places at all, we just playd whatever parts of the score we had for the rest of the songs. We hardly ever change places after that except when we thnk that we have plenty of time to change.

Halfway through the performance, I started to feel a bit of giddy cos I didn't take any breakfast in the morning. Plus, I have to play so many songs. I was a bit tired and Mr Wong also couldn't hear us at times. Sigh. But of course, I hang on till the end. After the performance, we were treated to some food. I ate quite a bit cos I was rather hungry. But it was not that much too cos we do not have enough time. We went back to school and on the way back, I joked around with my section, talking about all sorts of hilarious things.

We went back and pumped 50 for being late for fall in in the morning. We are supposed to do 50 so now we owe 22 and we have to do it on Wednesday. Oh yeah ! I for got to mention sth. My section almost brought one EMPTY trombone case for the performance !! Jessica's trombone was used by the alumni and this particular person took out his/her mouthpiece and just left the instrument unkept, placed in the band room. We were like rushing a lot in the morning and obviously we will think that our instrument is in the case since we kept it before we left school the day before. And yet, the alumni is so bad, left without keeping the instrument. Luckily, the QM check and that's how we found out that we were short of one trombone.

If I'm not wrong, I think that person must be Lim Ee Loong lo. Even Gena also agreed with me. Cos I think jessica's trombone was used by him last time so maybe when he come back for alumni band, he will also use it. So dumb dumb. bleahs.

Anyway, I was so tired after the performance. I slept a lot in the car. When I went back home, I slept in the car. When I left the house for my Porpor's place, I also fell asleep in the car. After leaving my Porpor's place for home sweet home, I slept once again in my Dad's car. And finally when i came back home, I fell asleep in my bed till the next day, which is today !

I'm gng back to school practically everyday. Today is not an exception. I went back today to help out the recruits but meixin didn't tell me that she will not be coming in the morning due to an appointment with the doctor !! ahh !! I woke up early in the morning for nothing !!

But not exactly though, cos i went to do individuals, which turn out to be quite fruitful:D I practised quite a bit for at least 2 hours or so. feel so proud ! hahas. and i told jessica to come for band today, even though she had her class chalet. Am I being very evil? But she has not been coming lately due to 'family matters' which I'm not very sure of. It's not as if I'm rly ruining her class chalet right? At least, she had her fun yesterday cos her chalet started since ytd. I wanted to call her ytd to inform her about band but thought that would spoil her mood at the chalet so I didn't call. I was also thinking that since i have alrdy sent a msg on sunday to inform her of band, she should know and will be coming.

However, when i called her this morning, jacie answered the call instead and she told me that jessica has planned her schedule and will not be coming for band. But a class chalet is not an excuse for missing band. Just like sheng xiong and wee ming, they went for class chalet instead of band and got punished in the end. Besides, she is alrdy a sec2 recruit. I want her to go for band often so that she can practise on her playing and get into the main band as soon as possible before the year 2006 ends cos if not, by then she will no longer be a member of the band. In another way, she will also miss out a lot of cca points if she doesn't come in fast. I'm kinda of worried for her.

I left at around 12 after individuals and by then, i have not seen her or jacie, who is also supposed to be coming for band due to library stuffs. I do hope she did go for band.

Hmm. I'm now at home watching 100% entertainment. Haha. It's kinda of interesting. I like to watch the hosts, xiao zhu and xiao gui joking around. Heex.

hey ya. i'm asked by may to update my blog so yea. HERE I AM !! this blog has been rusty for very long. i haven't been logging in to blogger for so long plus there was a period of time when my comp was spoilt yea. so finally !! i'm back !!

anyway, it's the holidays now for secondary students but definitely not for me yet cuz i still have one more week of the extension week. i went to take a look at the timetable and some of the lessons seem weird to me. like there's this PM and GTCT. it sounds so odd and we also have this HT where we have to stay till 5 plus. i wonder what is it though. if not, the rest of the lessons are just normal and our classes end earlier than normal !! it ends at 1215 except for tml which will end at 115. but it's still better than other mondays where we have to stay till 415.

emath presentation is still not done even after meeting up twice at gena's house to do it. doubt we can present tml during mrs toh's lesson. tml is kinda boring too. both sciences first followed by double maths and finally, ehist tutorial. it's gna be tiring. and i know there's one day where i will just have double sciences and maths for lesson. that's also nowhere better, just that it has one lesson lesser than tml's one? sigh.

okie, perhaps i shall just end it here. i have not finished doing my e-learning yet. gosh !

hahas. anyway, school is gna reopen tml ! that's fast ! i cant believe one week of holiday pass just like that?! gosh. exams are nearing. they are coming in like around 2 weeks time? and yet here i am, not feeling nervous at all. i dont even feel like bucking up. that's bad. god. help me !

but this upcoming week is gna be a fun one. cuz tues i should be gng to ngee an poly for chemistry stuff on how to make ice-cream. wed and thur i will be gng to singapore idol 'live' ! YAPHOO ! watch out for me on tv yea? i got the admission tickets and i will be standing near the stage ! it's gna be fun !!!! and on sat, i will be catching the trombones choir concert where mr wong will have a solo on the trombone as well as a soprano solo ! wow ! cant wait for that man !

and oh, jasmine tye came back to chung cheng on friday !! it was very fun and i took an individual as well as a group photo with her. got her autograph too ! heex:) and if you notice her profile or whatever on singapore idol when they show her coming back to chung cheng, you will get to see a sea of orange ppl welcoming her back to school ! hahas. that's because the band and the councillors are wearing orange t-shirts ! LOL ! yea. it's gna be damn orange ! and oh, i got interviewed ! but it was rather crappy. >.< yupyup. hmm. guess that's all i have to say. SAYSAYSAY !

skipped the chiese storybook lecture thing today. didn't feel like gng. cuz i rmb the last time there was a lecture too. i think it was some HMT thing too. it was quite boring and i almost fell asleep during that time !! so this time round, i decided not to go. don't feel like wasting my time there. yupyup. though i'm a lil bit interested (don't know why. LOL)

so i'm back at home now. later gng for tuition agn. then perhaps after that watch sg idol ! i watched ytd spectaculars. hahas. may, jessica and me didn't appear on the television. haha. thought we might though. ytd's theme was rock the house. everyone did well. can tell that everyone got improve. so it's hard to predict who would be out. i definitely hope joakim won't be out. cuz like this, i can still have a chance to meet him this sat if i can rush down to tampines mall in time. but sometimes, i just can't felt but to feel worried for him. he's like in a danger zone. but hey, so far he's the only contestant who has not been in the bottom3 or in the danger group for the results show ! so lucky !

as for today's result show, wish him all the best lo !! jiayoujiayou !! wilbur pan will be appearing as a guest star today too !

whees. yesterday was a good day !

went for band in the morning for tutorials. a lot of ppl didn't come. xueli had tuition, jacie was sick, jeremy and charissa didn't come too. so during the main band tutorials, there were only gena, derrick and me. the 3 of us and it was tough to choose a song to practice cuz don't have all three parts. we played rhapsody in blue in the end. practiced a lil bit but it was rather wuiet today. don't know why. we usually made a bit of noise but ytd was exceptionally quiet. very different from the usual tutorials.

after tutorials, went back to band room to pack the shelf for putting files cuz the moe officials will be coming on monday so we have to keep the shelf clean and tidy. after that, i went down to parkway parade to catch the sg idol promotional roadshow with jessica !!

i reached there arnd one plus. and i realised that the queue was rather short. so i accompanied gena to mini toons to get a present for her brother. after which, we went to KFC to eat. while walking to kfc, we met huang lao shi. she was with her family. yupyup. and i was pondering if i should rly go for the roadshow and queue in the line cuz i didn't bring anything for him to sign. then it will be like very 'malu' to go there mah. but gena told me to go for it. so i was like okie. gena left after that and i went back to the roadshow place with jessica.

the queue got longer and i decided not to queue for it cuz i was thinking if i were to be that far back i would not be able to see the idols clearly and most importantly, i have nth for them to sign while the fans that i saw in the queue all seem to have stuffs for their idols to sign. it was still quite early from the time that the idols are gna arrive so i went walking arnd with jessica. i walked into esprit cuz i heard rob thomas's 'lonely no more'. joakim sang this song before during the spectaculars ! that's where i met elaine and kimberly. perhaps we went into the shop for the same reason ! hahas.

as i walked, i start to realise that many ppl are standing on the 1st level, getting ready to have a place to catch their idol. being a bit 'kiasu', i decide to go check it out. i met elaine again and i decided to get a nice place to catch them later on. i stood at the 1st level, not far from the stage at the basement atrium tgr with elaine and kimberly. they later went off and told me to help take care of their places. i'm rly thankful to jessica for accompanying me to this roadshow cuz no one was interested and jacie was supposed to go with me but she was sick. yeah, so i brought my sudoku for her to do. and since, the two of us are so sudoku-craze, we decided to do each other's sudoku book while waiting for the idols to arrive.

it was quite tiring having to stand for so long so we decided to sit down on the floor. there was this uncle who walked passed us and he was like saying ( i wonder if it was to us but i guess so) in mandrain: go home and study ( hui jia du shu). felt a bit paiseh having hearing this cuz i was like in half u while jessica was wearing pe which has the words chung cheng behind. so the uncle knew that we came here after school.. then there was another uncle standing next to me, saying "so many numbers". LOL. cuz i was playing samurai sudoku. which has 5 normal sudoku puzzles tgr. there were many boxes and numbers here and there so if people were to look at it, they had think it's like so 'chim' like that. hahas.

the production crew over there very caring leh. they helped arranged the sg idol bags nicely on the table. i love the bag ! it's like those crumpler type except that the logo has been changed to the sg idol logo. i especially loved the orange and yellow one !! it's so pretty ! and they also helped to test out the ink for the marker so that the idols can sign later. rolled-up posters were placed nicely on top of the bags as well as exclusive sg idol tickets in the bag !! the crew is damn attentive to all these things. then i saw them changing the sign on the um.. you know everytime when there;s roadshow always got this big big poster of the 12 idols? they actually use this permanent one where there's this ousted sign on norman cuz he was the first one to be eliminated as well as the word top11 finalists. so because now it was down to top7, i saw the crew pasting a new "top7 finalists" over the top11 finalists as well as some 'ousted' on those who have alrdy been eliminated, namely gayle, emilee, jay and rahimah.

yupyup. we sat there for quite long and elaine and kimberly came back soon. the 4 of us sat there, waiting for our idols to arrive and at around 3 plus, may came to join me after her comm meeting ended. we sat down there tgr and took some pictures(: daniel ong came around 4 and he started entertaining us, telling us more info about some of the idols like joakim wearing size 12 shoes, as well as him having a fever during his recent performance. poor thing yea? he also help promote a contest that's coming up, the dance floor which is a dancing competition. then the cameraman interviewed the first person in line. i think the girl should be from kc cuz one of her friends was wearing kc uniform. yupyup. she came at 12 which was rly early. tutorials just ended not long ago for me ! hahas. until about 430, the idols finally arrived !!1 oh my gosh. joakim is so cute !!! ahh !

the 7 idols arrived, and they were so friendly, waving to the crowd. i kept screaming for joakim and he turned back quite a number of times. got so HIGH ! he waved to us quite a number of times. and daniel started interviewing them and joakim said' my fans are growing BANANAS !' lol. cuz he's named the preforming monkey so we the fans are like the bananas?? LOL! they then threw the rolled-up posters but so sad lah, joakim didn't throw to my direction. paul threw one at me but grr. i didn't manage to get it ! waa...!!!!! elaine got the poster. i think it was nurul who threw it. good for her(x

after throwing posters, it was time to throw the sg idol bags !!! joakim signed on the bag that i liked ! the one that's orange and yellow !!!! but so sad lah. i can't have it. he threw it to someone in the queue. yupyup. yeah. after all the idols have signed and threw the bags, it was the autographing session. in the midst, elaine and me screamed tgr once and he looked up ! ahh ! so high ! he waved to me too !! hahas. and he was very nice too, he smiled for may cuz she was helping me to take photos of him. ahh !! so cute lah him ! she also took photos of the monkey posters as well as other posters of him !! so nice of may !!

we went down to the basement towards the end of the roadshow. joakim and paul did the booty shake thing !! but daniel ong blocked everything ! i could only see a bit of joakim doing it but never mind lah, i have seen it before on tv. i manage to kinda of shake his hands too !! so happy ! i shook jasmine's and nurul's hands too ! they were rly nice and jasmine is very pretty ! oh. jasmine waved to us many times too. probably because she recognised our uniform esp jessica's since she's wearing the full uniform. she was from chung cheng you see.

after leaving, may suggests we go check out the bus that they are boarding. we went out and i saw a whole big crowd in front of the bus. i was smarter. hahas. i stood near the traffic light, hoping that it will turn red and the bus will stop in front of me. and true enough, it did ! cuz there were some delays in the car moving so when i saw the traffic light turn amber, i was so hyper !! cuz it rly stop in front of me ! the view was magnificent and jasmine kept on thanking us. i unstood a bit of the lip-mouthing and she said she thank everyone who came down. so sweet of her ! jon and joakim were also facing us. JOAKIM ! he was suing his handphone trying to video the scene down i guess. i recognise his hp model ! it's Nokia7610 ! jon kept on waving to us. very nice !! heex.

and they left soon after. may and me are planning to go down to the next roadshow at tampines mall !! it's so thrilling having to scream for yr idol and everything ! i hope he can stay on longer !! i rly wish to see him perform more ! jiayous joakim ! and we are planning to bring our pe tshirt down and perhaps ask jasmine to sign on may's. cuz i don't have any available ones while may has some which she doesn't wear anymore. can't wait for the next roadshow to arrive ! (:

ooh. i forgot sth. MUST SUPPORT JOAKIM ! though he's not that great a singer, he's very cute and good-looking !! i'm sure he will improve one !! so ppl must vote for him ! hope he can still stay in the competition until the asian songs theme ! i would very much love to hear him sing a chinese song !

i was supposed to go with may to estelle's house to watch the INS2 interview as well as the pirates of the carribean but so sad lah, my mum didn't allow me to go. everything was like planned alrdy but in the end i can't go. so 'sao xing'. sighs. anyway, tml would be quite a long day cuz after school, there's cross-country at ecp. we just had our pft not long ago and now cross-country. hmm. hopefully, i can win sth, be it the individual or group. but i have not been practising too and i didn't take part in last year's one due to the PUB band performance thing. i don't even know like roughly, where will i stand based on the ranking thing. but nvm lah. i will just try my best !! my class will be wearing class tee tml to run !

had this rly bad flu today. i had been sneezing since moring frc till after sch ended. i felt so horrible and used up quite a lot of tissue, some of which came from olivia and xiaotian. thanks a lot !! i'm gna bring more tissue the next time round !

i didn't stay back for the racial harmony decorations cuz i can't stand my flu anymore. needa come back to rest. i'm feeling much better now. at least i don't sneeze as much but i had this slight headache which has been on and off these few days. on the way home, i wanted to buy two more packets of stars from the same shop which i had bought ytd. the auntie in teh shop still recognised me ! HAHA ! there were no more stocks left for the design i want, so perhaps i'll go check it out tml. i asked meixin to go buy the bottle lur.. but i'm not sure if she had bought it yet and i hope charissa, derrick and jeremy can all fold the 40 stars in one day ?? i hope so. i didn't manage to find any cake shop at sing post. not sure why gena and xueli says so. hmm. shall go check it out with them tml:)

I'M BACK INTO BLOGGING ! yeah ! have not been visting my blog for ages. it has been one month since i blog. loads of things happening during this period of time. had this first national band competition at vch on sunday. we got a silver and we beat dunearn ! LOL ! had just completed my o lvl listening compre and oral. another two more papers in november and i will complete my first ever o lvl paper(:

this friday, my sch will be celebrating racial harmony day and there will be no lessons !!! yeah !!! how great can it get yea? but i have to stay back on thurs for the deco cuz every sec3 class will have to organise some games for the lower sec to participate. well, up till now, i'm still unsure of what games my class is playing. i think only the chairman knows about it. HAHA ! i won't have to wear those traditional costumes this year cuz my class's theme is on eurasian so everyone in my class will be wearing a long sleeve white shirt/ light coloured ones while the bottom would be a denim/black skirt/pants for girls and denim/black pants for guys.

kinda of looking forward to it. think it had be quite fun. at least there will be no lessons ! hahas.
