so as promised, i shall bring you mj band bbq no. 2 !! which happened on the 5th june ! o.0 exactly a week ago ! cant believe that within half a year, band had alrdy organised 2 bbq ! but first one was done by the ex exco, this is done by the current exco. and a third one is up and coming too ! but it will be held after nbc. this time round, it's gna be organised by the alumnis !

i love bbq-ing the food! it's so fun. ppl must be wondering why am i so happy bbq-ing the food. haha ! let me tell you the reason why ! reason is.. i hardly have bbq cos mum thinks bbq food is too unhealthy (i agree! eat too much chaota food will get cancer!) but my barbequed food is not chaota okay ! um, okay haha, maybe a bit. it's inevitable yea? but its rly not that black. just a lil? hees.

played this game called ..... er i forgot. but you are supposed to act out the word and ppl have to guess it. so i was asked to act out a movie and wengsion gave me such a tough one ! I now pronounce you chuck and larry. gosh. how to act. HAHA. i acted till the 3rd word and i dont know how to continue ! fortunately, the alumnis managed to guess out what i was acting. lol. if not, i will just have to continue to act and act, just like poor jannah ! hers was tough ! like some gigolo or sth. lol ! one of the alumnis, baya went to help her but they still got stuck halfway. lol. cant rmb how we managed to guess it out in the end. haha.

i woke up this morning to see my lips swollen. ahh. think i have been playing the trombone too much. my lips look like some sausage. grr. esp the lower lip ! >.< but thankfully, it's not so swollen now.

mjband is playing the incredibles for band fiesta. we are like the 2nd jc to ever participate in such event? usually, only sec sch will take part in this event but oh well. got $$ when you take part in this event. haha.

came back from jolyn's house not long ago.

celebrated sharyn's birthday today. think the baking session was rather successful. it was my first time baking. and first time baking with friends. the process was so fun ! from melting the choclate bar to using the electric mixer to folding in the flour in the chcolate mixture. it was a wonderful experience :D but our cake turned out to be brownie instead. lol. nevertheless, it was still tasty and delectable :) love the crispy part at the top.

i shall bake more in the future ! :D

had band in the morning. today was tiring. i dont know why. maybe it's because i was not feeling very good right from the start of the day. i was so tired. i wanted to just continue sleeping. and i could have slept on longer. i woke up early, cos daddy said he wants to be at work early, like leaving the house at 8? but we only left the house at 840 -.- make me wake up early for nth.

my lips were numb after the playing. had to warm down to relax my lips cos jannah heard from joel that if we dont warm down after playing high notes for too long, our lips will become distorted ! o.O yeah, and i felt better after warming down too :D and i will not be alone for armenian dances anymore ! jannah is joining me to play first ! yay ! because ms tan is helping the trombones section ! she will be playing the 2nd part :) so now we have 6 ppl in the section out of which 4 are alumni. haha. two 1st, one 2nd, two 3rd and one 4th :)

IN THE DAY

had smo test ! ahhh. nus is rly big ! we went to LT 31 for the test. didnt know there were that many LTs. gosh. and the room we were in for the test was freezing cold. and i dont have my jacket with me. i dont know how the test will go. i did try my best to attempt as many as i know. thinking of qn20 only makes me feel sad :\

























no more of all these taking down of notes ! but i rly must thank mr doan for his guidance. if not for him, i would not have been able to complete any question. thansk alot mr doan ! hou hui you qi ! :D:D:D

anyhow, after the test, we had lunch at the nus cafe, megabites cafe. nice food, big portion and what more, it is CHEAP ! for a set meal, completing with the soup of the day, it costs only $3.50 !! range is from $3.50 to $4.50 rly affordable and worthwhile compared to the western food in school.

okay, i was supposed to blog about the Redrain concert but i havent ! so yea, here i go !





i like these 2 songs !! HAHA. i think the band is damn power. they can sing like 6 rock songs throughout before they start interacting with us? AMAZING. and in the midst of the concert, 2 of the band members invited their wives up on stage and one brought their baby up !! the baby so adorable :D xingying and me got especially HIGH at the encore part. the encore part was crazy. we jumped and jumped and my leg actually hurt at the end of the concert !

the atmosphere was rly good. i love the lightings! felt like some real concert venue when it is actually only in the church. and the church is cool. because firstly, they do not have benches in the church! which is totally different from other churches i have visited. and they do not have a cross ! rather, their cross is represented by the stage. cool eh? it's rly different, probably because the church is targeted mainly at the youths i guess. and oh, they have a cafe too !

ytd went to expo. HAHA. for the food fair ! i think i rly was a greedy pig ytd. i kept complaining that i was very hungry during smo lesson. even though i had taken my lunch -.- but my lunch wasnt very filling. only cereal. HAHA. so i kept telling karyn i was hungry. lol. ate a packet of biscuits still not satisfied. so i went with shuhui during breaktime to buy chips. afraid that i will be hungry again after finishing the packet of chips, i purposely ate slower so as to make it appear as if i have 'a lot' of food. lol. then karyn asked me whether should put nachos in the cafe and we started our food talk. HAHA. like how much i like cookies, esp those from subway, little jerry's cookies and famous amos ! yumyum ! and we talked about popcorn, candyfloss and all sorts of things. i think we were both too hungry. haha.

yea, back to the main point. so i went to expo and i ate of course a lot. imagine food fair ! and i was hungry ! hahaha. i ate quite a lot. hees. and the cheese tofu at expo is cheaper than in school ! lol.

after band, went to meet up with mummy at suntec. didnt go for alumni prac this week cos mummy had ordered the movie tickets to watch indiana jones alrdy.



the movie was soso to me. the story aint that good but the effects were not too bad. and thumbs up for harrison ford who can still act as indiana jones even though he is alrdy into his sixties :D the movie's conclusion? knowledge is treasure :)

went to carrefour to shop around and ohmy, i think i'm rly a greedy pig. i bought like 6 bags of tidbits? HAHA. 4 bags of potato chips, i packet of chocolates and 1 bag of biscuits. mummy says we are gng to have a party at home ! lol.

and it was only the trip to carrefour that i realised there were GREEN tomatoes !



cool eh? call me ignorant but i rly didnt know there were green tomatoes ! all along, i thought there were only orange tomatoes !

oh, and i saw koh chieng mun at carrefour ytd. it seems that everytime i meet her, she will always be cooking. the last time i saw her was at sgh and she asked me if i took very long to tie my pleats then. lol.

and ytd on the bus trip back home so malu ! i yawned without covering my mouth and fah jin saw ! oh my gosh ! so embarassing ! i wonder if he went for alumini prac though cos he was wearing home clothes then. usually, i had always see him in vj band tee when he comes for alumni prac. but that time was alrdy 10 plus 11. maybe he had alrdy changed? ee loong said ytd alumni prac attendance was quite bad. oh no, hopefully more ppl will go for the practice cos concert is approaching ! 8june ! gmabatte !

i will be gng for redrain concert later. only xingying and me in the class are gng. i thought i should go down to support cos qianqian ask almost the whole class then so few ppl are gng.. mummy was at first okay with it but just now she was angry, saying that if the thing is not important then dont go and all that. but i alrdy promised to go and mummy was okay with it at first. sigh. mood swing. when i come back from the concert, i must be a good girl and do my work :)

okay, today is the second day of e-learning but i havent started on any of today's topics yet. HAHA. cos e-learning has been extended till the whole period of holidays !! yayness. but i shall go do it later :D

went back to school for smo. ohmy. from 8am to 1pm ya know. but karyn and i didnt attend for 2 and a half hours cos we use that time to do the survey, meet up with ahmah for pw and for a short discussion after the consultation.

i had to step down as the pw group leader cos ahmah thinks i am too blur and she cant stand it. she said that whatever that she wanted justification for, instead of searching for it, i removed it totally. but how to justify like how many fish i want in the pool? we put 700 and she said 700? why cannot 699? how to justify? i dont know how to. so i removed it. and that was the shit.

she thinks that i am not cooperating with my group, that i am doing all the work by myself. that if this continues, i will drag the group down. but i never do all the work by my own. i only went to look for ahmah with karyn that fateful day cos she has not returned me the GPP. we handed in last wed but till tues we have not received it back. so i thought it would be best to look for her and try to rectify the problem with the proposal and hand in the next day cos that will be the last day of school by then. i was afraid we wont be meeting her anymore and we cant give her anymore of our drafts.

i admit i have to be at fault too. cos i went to look for ahmah with karyn w/o even telling yunjie and shawn. that was a big mistake. but at that point of time, i thought ahmah changed the whole proposal for me alrdy cos she said during tutorial that she changed my group's proposal and i thought we only need to edit a bit then hand in the next day. i should not have been so silly as to think that she would rly help and change my proposal for me. it ended up with her telling karyn and me about the idea of the travellator and we have to like find out where exactly to place the travellator, how i want the travellator to work, what can consumers do while they are on the travellator ( look at scenery ) etc.

a lot of things had to be done and in my mind, i was like shit. how to hand in the next day then. but because i was so big-mouthed as to tell her what i planned to do ( to edit the proposal and hand in next day ), she made me hand in the proposal next day. she even wanted me to hand in the whole GPP. but i told her that the proposal i was referring to was just the proposal solely, not the whole gpp. then yea, i guess because it was far too rushed, we had a lot of things missed out. like how i removed all the numbers, like the 700 fish, cost of the small towels ... then i didnt justify if the office workers could have the therapy while they were working blah blah.

i guess ahmah was rly pissed with me for all these things that i have done and add on with my blurness, sigh, ultimate. so i gave up my post and shawn is taking over now. i was rather sad to hear about the change of leader but what to do? i cant drag the whole grp down. i wanted to be a good leader but i guess the time is not ripe for me. there are still a lot of things to be learnt.

on the positive side, at least i have one less thing to account for under ahmah. imagine being a cg rep and pw group leader, all under ahmah. ZZZZZ. omg. lucky now left with cg rep. i shall be a good cg rep then. prove ahmah wrong that i am not blur. i rly cant stand it. why is everyone saying i am blur? i dont want to be blur !! i dont want to be blur sotong !! ahh. since pri sch i have been labelled as blur ya know. imagine my agony >.<

so to be a good cg rep, i need to bond my class :) i want a class outing ! peiqi and sinyi said the same thing about gng for steamboat at roxy square. but needa find out if it's halal first cos got atiqah and khairi.. and i want a class tee / jacket ! but i think that will have to be put on hold first cos there is like quite a lot to do during the hols like pw, studying for mye, cca and other activities.. maybe should discuss with desmond first..

watched the soccer match finals ytd. MJC vs VJC 2:1 !!!!

WOOHOO ~ i was so worried for the soccer boys man. screamed my lungs out everytime when i see VJ almost scoring a goal. luckily, MJ goalkeeper managed to catch all the balls. phew. and i will always yay everytime when the MJ boys kicked the ball away to their side. HAHA. and i must say all the soccer boys' head are HARD. they use their head to hit the ball as if it was chicken feet. and it was always nice to see them aiming at the ball with their head esp when the ball is kicked from very far away. projectile motion... lol. reminds me of MJ second goal when one of the players from the corner kicked the ball straight and the other player used his head to hit the ball in. woah ! nice :)

anyway, ahmah (not my real ahma) never fails to make my day miserable each time i see her for pw consultation. totally sucks big time. i just dont rly enjoy receiving her consultation cos most of the time i dont get the point she is driving at. and i cant stand her sarcastic tone. grr. as well as her 'lo', 'hor' , 'am i right' and the ever famous 'claaaasssss'. zzzz. cant stand it. and she's in pre-u sem ! which is a bit weird >.< argh. i should get back to my pw. still have my drawing not done. i had better go do now. tata !

yesterday was a double band day. in the morning had combined with ms seah. after that went ljs to eat with the tkus before gng back to chung cheng for alumni band. the turn-out was as usual bad. sigh. i think there were only about 10 at the most? luckily henry, jin hong and betram came in to help out.

but the help will be temporary since they will definitely be with the main band unless we invite them to be guest players? the woodwinds section always have very few ppl. only the brass and percussion has okay attendance. jesica and eeloong came for practice. woohoo~ never seen them in a while. ee loong looks the same i or out of army. no difference with the hair at all ! HAHAHA.

i want to see hongting though. he sure looks different with no hair. LOL. and what's more, he is a commando in army ! woah ! surely very muscular. hahaha. and jesica changed her spects! lol. told them about the yap soon soon thing. OMG. jesica was nonchalant about the issue but i myself was making a big wooha about this. lol. i mean he was once my tutor and eeyur. to think he could have done this. ahh! i wonder how did mt wong reacted to this as yap soon soon was once the principal of the trombone choir. omg.

and ee loong said he knew from the start that yap soon soon was an old cheekopeh. ahh!! and he still wants me to thank him and hongting for protecting me and the rest of the section from this cheekopeh. lol. as if they rly did protect us. i rly cant imagine it. he taught us in 2004 and the case happened in 2005. eeyur! and ee loong doesnt wanna go to any trombones choir concert for now. too traumatised. HAHAHAHA.

after alumni prac, went to plaza sing for dinner. it was a post mothers day dinner for my ahma and porpor by my parents. haha. my ahma and porpor have not met each other in a long while. so cute to see them tgr. unfortunately i didnt take any photos of them. what a pity. guess i was too hungry to think about anything. LOL.

we went ice monster after that. woohoo ~ i loved the dessert there ! the strawberry sherbet with mango cubes was delicious ! yippee ! and i think my ahma is rather strong. haha. porpor couldnt take the dessert cos she found it too cold. but my ahma took it as if there is no big deal about it. haha. there was a group of teenage girls next to our table, and according to my auntie, they were saying sth about my ahma being very strong, so old still can take cold dessert etc. HAHA.
AHMA = POWER !

we had to let them leave on their own after that cos it was not very convenient for us to fetch them back since they all live in choa chu kang and woodlands which is SUPER FAR from my place. how i wish they could have stayed nearer to me. then it would be so convenient. ahma was very independent. she knew that it would not be convenient for us to fetch her. she even volunteered to take mrt home. aww. my porpor had my 2 other aunties under care so it was rather safe.

because i am writing my post only today, i heard frm my mum just now about what had happened ytd when they were taking the train home. apparently, my porpor had a seat while my ahma didnt. a lady next to her saw my ahma standing and asked her where she was heading to so my ahma replied woodlands. then they lady was like woah! so far. so she actually got a couple to give up their seats for my ahma and according to my auntie, the girl in the couple was pissed about it. her face was very BLACK.

&%#%^$%@#*$^%@. how could the girl be so black about this? the couple could not have been as old as my ahma. it is obviously common courtesy to give way to the elderly. how dare she give a black face. so rude ! she definitely does not know anything about 'kong rong rang li'. hmpf.

yay! a new breakthrough for me! i achieved 12:44 for my 2.4km! yay!

this is my first time running under 13 minutes for my 2.4km. i was so happy to hear the results. haha. and i guess support from friends really did help a lot:)

i went to school with 3 resolutions today

1. not to be late for school (achieved)
2. to break my personal record for 2.4km (achieved!)
3. pass my physics test (?)

lol. the last one is a question mark. cos omg. there were quite a number of structureed questions and i forgot what is newton's second law !! i ended up writing newton's first law in. lol. i'm so gna rmb newton's second law in future. grr. and haha, i dont know if my mcq answers are right cos apparently the H2 students have taken the test.. i didnt cheat okay ! i have got integrity :) i only ask how many A, B, C or D there are. hoho. so i realised there were 3 Bs, 1 A and 1 C. i didnt know if the source was reliable cos the paper may have changed too but since after completing 4 questions with 2 Bs, 1 A and 1 C (i didnt know how to do the last one), i decided to just put a B there so that it tallies with what i have heard. hees. but i guess i could be wrong now cos i think there are some discrepancies between the H1 and H2 papers. some questions in H2 we dont seem to have it in H1 and they change the answer alphabet ! as in there was one answer fs cos 0 <- this should be 'teeter' ( i dont know how to spell!) in H2 represented by C but for H1, it was represented by a B !

hahaha. i dont know how now. i just hope that the results will not be that disastrous? hoho.

today as in the 29th apr was an emo day.

it started with napfa. i had been worrying about my 2.4km, hoping fervently that i will break my personal record again for the run today. and guess what? i rly broke my record. but in a wrong way. i think i ran an extra round? cos i ran pass sinyi during the first round and i didnt see her throughout the next 5 rounds but she came in earlier than me. so weird right?

and because i was usually rhe first few to complete the race, it felt weird today cos many of my classmates had alrdy finished the race. i couldnt have deproved till this standard right? and my timing is 15:19. ohmytian. i never had this tining before. so depressing ! it's a C grade >.< i'm so gna re-run my 2,4km, better make sure i count my runs correctly. cannot lose count this time round.

I MISS MY BEN & JERRY'S FREE CONE DAY AGAIN ! :(

so sad right? when can i ever get the free cone thing. i missed it last year and now, this year too. i shall not miss next year's one. i'm gng to take my ben & jerry's free cone next year. ben&jerry's, watch out for me !

in fact, i did try to get my free cone. i went with vaish to the downtown east outlet, thinking that there will be lesser ppl cos the white sands outlet is too promoinent; there will be too many ppl there queuing. so yea, we went to the downtown east outlet and we were so happy to see so few ppl! i was so excited to get my free cone when i noticed a note that says : 'free cone day @ white sands outlet'

alamak. i was so sad can? went down all the way to downtown only to realise that they dont provide the free cone thing. so vaish and me went to white sands and ohmy, the queue was long! it was 630 that time and we reckon that we wont be able to get our ice-cream even if we were to queue that time cos the free cone thing will end at 7. so instead, we went to eat what vaish had been craving for since last year. KFC !

hahaha, the last time she took kfc was last dec. and me? last fri >.< i've been taking loads of fast food man. it's like, for the month of april, i have alrdy patronised kfc thrice? i'm gng to gain lots of weight. argh. vaish felt sinful after eating her 2 piece chicken meal. so sinful that she's not planning to take fast food anymore until the end of the year. wow ! let's see if she can resist the temptation of fast food !

after our meal, i suddenly recalled that i left my shoe bag outside the sch library! omg. i chiong-ed back to sch to take my precious shoe bag. haha, lucky nobody take. vaish was laughing at how slow i can get cos i left the sch @ 5 to meet ahma at this housing block void deck which was just opp the sch? she's a weirdo, why cant she meet us in sch? just because she didnt come to sch today, does that mean that she cant enter the sch? oh well, i passed my PI to her and i left shortly after that. perhaps i was too eager to pass her my PI that i forgot all about my shoe bag. and yeah, as i was saying i left the sch @ 5 wuthout my shoe bag and i only realised it @ 7. i'm the ultimate slow.

and i finally got to know my pw grouping. my group memebers are yunjie, shawn and karyn !

the concert was held at rp. ohmytian. ultra far. wonder why i agreed to go in the first place. lol. but the concert was not too bad. esp during peter and the lion, where there was some skit to the song. rather interesting too to hear the instruments playing sound effectx for the characters in the skit. i thought the oboe imitating the duck quacking was rather alike. lol.

OH MY GOODNESS. i simply hate the 17th april 2008, TODAY !!!

the whole day totally sucks for me >.< i was so tired cos i spent a lot of time trying to research for one topic to talk about pragmatism for the GP presentation on good governance ytd. and my dark rings today were like super black! :( lessons were fine at the beginning with econs tutorial and math lecture until physics tutorial onwards, it was HELL man.

i couldnt understand the physics dynamics on how to get the sin and cos thing. my geometry just aint that good when it is mixed with physics stuff. fortunately sinyi and me went to ask mrs ang for guidance after tutorial before i finally understood the whole thing. recess got cut by half an hour by the time we finished the consultation. and we had to rush to the library immediately after that to consolidate all our info on the good qualities of governance and leadership together. ( i realised gandhi died on my birthday !)

there was no time to munch anything and before i knew it was the econs test. damn. i only talked about the price inelastic for the football club and totally didnt write anything about price elastic. gosh. cross elasticity was like 'huh?'

so after the econs lecture, i was feeling so pissed and then here comes GP where my group had to come up with the presentation first cos i was register no 1. so happened that i was the first speaker and it was not good. had no idea of what was to befall me. when ms nirmala prompted me a question, i just stood there and stunned for a moment before i answered. and the answer that i gave was so crappy. its not good to be the first speaker. you dont know what is expected of you.

and so the choice of spending so much time trying to find a topic to talk about pragmatism was so wrong. the opporunity cost incurred was time which could be spent on reading up on econs, esp the football article. during the test, i couldnt rmb anything of the article. i could only recall things that were said during the tutorial earlier on in the day.

i really must learn time management because if i dont do so, my sleep will be deprived and i will not be in a good mood. i wont pay attention during lessons and i wont be productive or efficient. the quality of work produced will also not be good. this is a slippery slope man.

later on there will be smo after school, from 430 to 730. still contemplating if i should go cos i'm rather sleepy and i have to submit my PI tmr too. gah. jc life where got good. so stressful. and this is ONLY THE BEGINNING. sigh.

okay, i am now in the discussion room. sounds cool eh? like i'm in the midst of some discussion thing with my friends right? BUT i'm just here blogging with the loan of the laptop from the library and sinyi is watching material girls. vaish and yeeling are also here too. okay, i need to sign off now cos compass lesson is next.

i'm back again! have not been using the computer for so long. school has been rly hectic esp during the past week. have been staying in school till quite late. it's either lessons end late due to timetable or extra lessons, or there is cca or smo or colosseum heats. it has been so busy!

and the heavy workload is definitely not letting me off either. i have been trying my best to keep up with what has been taught in school. but somehow, i believe i still have difficulty with physics kinematics, chemical kinetics and a bit of MI. no binomial even too. i rly have to brush up on my work. i havent pass any of my tests yet. and this is TROUBLE. failed physics and econs. and i think chem and maths will fail too. ahhh. i cant afford to be like this. the only thing i pass is GP. alamak.

okay so here were the significant events that took place from the last entry till now:

yes! and let me talk a bit of ytd events as well as today's!

so ytd, i had smo on thurs cos there's no sch today! non-mjcians must be wondering why yea? haha, its actually a day that has been postponed for so long to celebrate the excellent 'A' level results this year. lol. yea. so because there's no sch today i had my smo and it lasted till 730. clashed with band since it starts @ 530 and end @ 830. met cheeri earlier in the afternoon and she told me she didnt wanna go for band cos lifeng and jaslyn had tuition and she didnt wanna wait till 530 for band ( it was 430 when she told me this) i was too busy doing econs so i didnt exactly listen to her. i just told her to go. but of course she didnt go in the end. and i thought even without the three of them, at least still have yingting, junxian and hafeez. but guess what? when i reached the band room @ 745, only jannah was there! i was utterly SHOCKED! i mean our section has always been so big. it has never occurred to me that there will be a time when there is only a trombonist during combined! fortunately jannah only came @ 715 so she was left alone for half an hour. and it was lucky that she didnt play at all until the last 5 min before i arrived.

turns out that junxian had a meeting, hafeez went to visit his grandpa and yingting was sick. alamak. and in the end, the whole of combined was left with only the 2 of us. first time number of j1s present more than the j2s man. LOL. it was also lucky that we didnt play a lot too. only played the ending part of armenian. yea. so what a day it was yea? so i was the saviour of jannah for the day!

and today i went to MP Library to study with peiqi, jannah, sharyn, jiayun, vincent, gary and jolyn. the tkus. HAHA. we managed to study! the study session was rather productive :D we hardly talked and we rly concentrated on doing our work, just that once in a while we will still chat a little or maybe ask each other for guidance on certain things. but overall it was great!

met up with kaiyi later on @ vivo ! omg. it has been so long since we met! the last time we met was in feb? haha. and she cut her fringe!

we were supposed to meet up earlier to get tricia's present. haha. but in the end we came up with nothing except for a cj7 plsuhie even when candice has arrived. lol. the cj7 plsuhie is rly cute! i want it! HAHAHA. we then went to harbourfront where we got her a hazelnut cream cake. it looked nice! at the top is hazelnut cream followed by the sponge cake in the middle and biscuit at the bottom layer of the cake. yummy yea?

in the end we got tricia underwears for her present! haha. it's so adorable! one was filled with many yellow chicks while the other is filled with many pigs. and she likes it! i'm so glad and relieved that she liked it. and thankfully we didnt get the cj7 plushie cos she alrdy got one. ate @ central and i like the tofu with pork floss as well as the fried calamari. nicenice!

oh and allow me to talk more about band stuff cos i just rmb i forgot to mention it earlier. if you happen to read the my paper (wo bao), tues issue (9th apr) on jc band making noise, it's definitely not mjc band. let me clear the misunderstanding now. the writer claimed that it was mjc band making noise on two sundays early in the morning @ 10am, disturbing the residents who were resting at home.

the fact is : it was not mjc band that was playing at the field. it was tkss borrowing our field to practise for the outdoor band syf tmr!

so poor thing right, we were maligned for commiting something which we have never done.

kaiyi is leaving for australia tmr, which means the next time we meet would be end of june, which is when my mid-years are round the corner. till then, we shall all work hard!

hey ya! so this week is the 2nd week of term 2. all's well just that i do rly need to catch up on math esp summation and method of difference plus recurrence! topics are gone thru so fast now that we have finished MI and now starting trigo! gosh. i must jiayou jiayou!!

ytd during econs lecture, miss jane sue actually talked to us about this trip to cambridge from 4th to 19th august. that means if we go, we will celebrate national day in cambridge. and we will miss the fireworks! lol. this trip aims to let those highly motivated j1 econs students to go and learn more about econs. we will be taught by the academic staff of cambridge and go to places like the bank of england and many others. kinda of cool yea? but it comes with a price tag man. $5335 per pax!! OOHLALA~ haha. but mum says that it's quite cheap considering that the air fare, food and accomodation are also included in the package. oh well, my mum actually wanted me to go but i'm afraid i will waste my mum's money cos it's like so ex? what if all the things i learnt there didnt get into my head? and i'm not very highly motivated. just a bit motivated i can say.

i was almost late for school ytd too! i left the house @ 720 and i thought i would be late. fortunately, my dad and i met all the green lights on the road so i managed to reach school within 10 min! YAY! i'm gna try my best to keep my record clean, not like last year! HAHA. i was late like at least once a month? damn jialat. and i challenged with vaish to see if i could reach my bus-stop before her bus reaches. I WON! :D:D i was so elated cos i walked rly damn fast.

BUT TODAY.. everything was different. i left the house late again today cos i spent a lot of time trying to hide my pe shirt under my blouse and folding the shorts so that it wont be longer than my skirt. it's so hot and stuffy having to wear 2 sets of clothing. for the first time, my dad and i met the most no. of red lights on the road man. every traffic light we pass today was practically red! it kinda of made me nervous cos i dont want to meet mr wong! he will reprimand like siao! BUT I WASNT LATE! phew! tmr must leave the house earlier alrdy. in fact tmr supposed to start sch @ 830 but there's house meeting so have to go school @ 730. and i lost the challenge to vaish today ! :( so frustrated you know. i was @ the bus-stop when bus 58 arrived and i was procrastinating if i should board the bus. i had the mentality that i would meet vaish at the bus-stop so i didnt take the bus. just when i was about to send a msg to tell her that i was at the bus-stop, i received a msg from her. i thought she would tell me she had just boarded the bus, just like how she told me ytd. BUT she told me her bus had alrdy passed my bus-stop and that SHE WON! i was like OMG. and i missed my bus just to catch her on her bus. LOL!

so i waited for a whole 15 min before the next bus arrived. met shangfa at the bus-stop so it wasnt that boring. chatted with him on the bus too and i realised how much fun the triton ogls had for their outing during the sch hols! they played from 9am to 11pm! total madness can? they went to sentosa, explore all the beaches, played games, canoe, kayak, cheered, makan. They even got a small boy to cheat just to get a family package for the go-kart thing but they were caught haha. so they didnt try the go-kart thing. then they went vivo to continue playing. arcade, pool etc. they played like almost everything within one day lah! it must have been REAL FUN that day. sad that i got band that day. if not, i will definitely go!

oh yeah, so there was PE today which explains why i wear my pe attire beneath my sch uni. we are supposed to wear like that if our pe is during the first or second period cos this will help to save time and we can reach the sports gallery on time. it's better to be early too cos if we're late, the whole class will have a make-up pe lesson on one of the days at 645 am! today was running 2.4 cos napfa is coming up. 21st april. must work hard so that when sch reopens, we can play games for pe! the whole cohort must get at least a silver for napfa. if not, we will have PT every pe lesson during term 3 to prepare for a re-test in august. sian right? so must work hard now then can relax in term 3. haha. my timing for 2.4 aint that good today but considering the fact that i have not trained for so long, it's considered not too bad. i was the first girl in my class. rather pleased with it but there's still room for improvement for my timing. i got 14:13. shall aim to run below 14 min the next time cos that's also the criteria in order to get an A. my all-time best was 13:30. hopefully i can break that record! sinyi ran 12 min last year lo. PRO!
